Manage your homecare with the myHealthNet app. Find out more here
HealthNet Homecare is upgrading our core IT system to Microsoft Business Central from 5:00 PM on Thursday, 22 January, until 9:00 AM on Monday, 26 January 2026.
This upgrade is an important step to enhance security, improve efficiency, and deliver better services for our patients in the future. While we’ve planned carefully to minimise disruption, there will be a short period of downtime.
What This Means for You
Deliveries and nurse appointments already booked for Friday, Saturday, and Monday will go ahead as planned.
Our digital tools – including the HealthNet Patient Portal, MyHealthNet App, One-Time Links, and SMS text messages – will be unavailable during this period.
You will not be able to book, amend, or cancel deliveries or appointments from 5:00 PM Thursday until 9:00 AM Monday.
No SMS reminders will be sent during the downtime. However, if you have a scheduled delivery or nurse appointment, you will still receive essential updates such as 2-hour window notifications and Track-my-Driver links.
Patient phone lines will be closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Emails will be monitored, but responses will resume on Monday for safety reasons, as we will not have access to patient records during the upgrade.
We are working ahead to ensure your medicines and care are not disrupted. All deliveries for Friday, Saturday, and Monday will be dispensed and dispatched before the upgrade begins.
