Digital Access to Homecare Services

Most patients can manage their deliveries online using our digital tools. However, some hospitals may choose not to enable digital access for specific treatments due to:

  • Treatment complexity

  • Additional clinical support requirements

  • Clinical safety or data governance policies

If digital access is not enabled for your treatment, you will still receive full support. You can always manage deliveries by phone or email, and our team will assist you directly.

If you believe digital access would benefit you, please speak with your hospital team.

You or an authorised person aged 16 or over must be available to sign for the delivery.
