If you’ve just been referred to us by your hospital team, you may be wondering what happens now.

This page explains the next steps, how long things usually take, and what (if anything) you need to do. We’re here to make the process smooth, simple, and stress free.

What You Need to Do Now

For most patients, the answer is: nothing right now. We’ll contact you when your prescription arrives and your service is ready to begin.

You only need to contact us if:

  • Your contact details have changed

  • You think your hospital may have used the wrong contact information

  • You haven’t heard from us after more than 3 weeks since being referred
