General Tips

Medicines that do NOT require refrigeration
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight, radiators, or fires.
Medicines that DO require refrigeration
Put them in the fridge immediately upon receipt.
These items will arrive in special packaging or via a refrigerated vehicle to keep them at the correct temperature during transit.
Once delivered, remove the sealed bag and place your medication in a fridge at +2°C to +8°C. Avoid storing in the fridge door or near the freezer section.
Do not freeze the medicine.
