Our experienced team, from nurses to patient support staff, is dedicated to providing reliable, compassionate service every step of the way.

To ensure we maintain the highest standards, we are fully regulated and hold memberships with key healthcare organisations, giving you extra confidence in the quality and safety of the care we provide.

Patient Journey

Your experience with HealthNet is designed to be simple, supportive, and convenient.

Registration

Your healthcare professional will register you and send your prescription to HealthNet.

Timeframe: It may take up to 2 weeks for the paperwork to reach us.

Welcome Email

Within 2-5 days of receiving your prescription, you’ll get a welcome email. This includes a digital welcome guide explaining everything in detail.

Book your Delivery

You’ll receive a One-Time-Link to manage your medicine delivery. You can also book via our Patient Portal, MyHealthNet App and our Patient Support team.

Tip: Book early to ensure you receive your medicine before you need it.

Delivery Notification

The evening before delivery, you’ll get an SMS / Email with a 2-hour delivery window for the next day.

Note: Some UK areas use different approved couriers that do not provide 2-hour window messages.

Delivery

Your medicine will be delivered to your chosen location by HealthNet (or approved courier).

Signature Required: You or a designated person must sign for the parcel.

Nursing Support

If your treatment includes nursing support, a visit will be scheduled within 5 working days of delivery.
