We provide Clinical Homecare services for patients across the UK. This means:

Digital Innovation

Technology is at the heart of our service. We use smart digital tools to make your experience seamless:

  • myHealthNet App & Patient Portal: Book deliveries, update details, and track your orders easily.

  • Secure communication: Receive appointment links and delivery notifications via email or SMS.

  • Virtual nurse appointments: When suitable, consultations can take place via Microsoft Teams for added flexibility.

  • Data-driven care: We use secure systems to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.

Is It Free for Patients? Yes.

Clinical Homecare is usually funded by the NHS or pharmaceutical manufacturers as part of the medicine supply chain.

You don’t pay for the service - It’s part of your treatment plan.

HealthNet operates two registered pharmacy sites:

  • Unit 2B & Unit 3, Ardane Park, Phoenix Avenue, Green Lane Industrial Estate, Featherstone, West Yorkshire, WF7 6EP (GPhC registration number: 901587)

Both of our pharmacies are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). This means patients and healthcare professionals can be confident that we meet all the required standards for providing safe, high-quality pharmacy services.
