Notification

Patient Registration
We register patients onto the new service - no forms required from the Trust.

Pre-Populated Prescriptions
Templates with dosage and frequency already filled in.

Patient Communication
(Optional) At your request, we contact patients to explain the change and offer support.

Prescription Renewals
Any required renewals are sent directly to the Trust.

Coordinated Deliveries
Deliveries align with each patient’s treatment schedule

Complete Setup by Next Delivery
If a visiting nurse is needed, we’ll arrange that too.

When a patient is already with HealthNet and needs to switch medication:
If a prescription exists, we annotate it with Trust Chief Pharmacist approval—no new prescription needed.
If not, we provide pre-filled prescriptions or request a new one in time for the next delivery.
Transitioning patients from Product X to Product Y:
We pre-register patients and create prescription requests based on delivery dates or prescription expiry.
The Trust issues new prescriptions - activation is seamless upon receipt.
Unhappy with your current provider? We make switching simple:
We manage registration, prescription requests, and coordination.
The Trust closes the old account and provides a prescription for Product Y by the requested start date.
