Who We Are

HealthNet works in partnership with the NHS to deliver treatment safely at home.

We provide:

  • Secure, temperature controlled medicine deliveries

  • Nurse support where required

  • Digital tools that help patients manage their treatment with ease

What Patients Can Expect

Safe Delivery of Medicines

Medicines are delivered directly to the patient’s home (or an agreed alternative address) in secure, temperature controlled packaging.

Nurse Visits (if required)

Visits may take place at home or via video call, depending on treatment needs.

Support When They Need It

Our Patient Support Team and Pharmacy Team are available to help with medicine enquiries, deliveries, and non medicine items.

Getting Started

1. Referral from HospitalThe hospital team sends the prescription and contact details to HealthNet.

2. Welcome MessagePatients receive their HealthNet CT number and a link to book their first delivery. tur varius.

3. Booking a DeliveryThey can book using the One Time Link (OTL), myHealthNet App, Patient Portal, or by telephone.

Managing Deliveries

Patients can arrange deliveries through:

  • myHealthNet App

  • Patient Portal

  • One Time Link (OTL)

  • Phone

If a patient does not have access to digital tools, they will still be fully supported via phone and email.

Before Each Delivery

We will always:

  • Check remaining medicine stock

  • Confirm delivery address

  • Provide a delivery window (where available)

An authorised person aged 16+ must sign for the delivery.

Nursing Support (If Required)

Our nurses can:

  • Visit patients at home

  • Provide injection training

  • Deliver treatment

  • Offer virtual appointments via Microsoft Teams

The Clinical Team will contact patients directly to arrange their first appointment.

Patient Responsibilities

To help keep treatment safe and on schedule, patients should:

  • Be available for delivery and nurse appointments

  • Attend hospital appointments

  • Store medicines correctly

  • Notify us of any changes to their details

  • Report any issues with medicines or devices
