You will be provided with the correct training for your role and through two-day Corporate Induction at our Head Office in Swadlincote, you will be given the tools needed to help you understand the business and how we all work together to achieve our mission. You will be supported by our dedicated Learning & Development team in your ongoing training to keep you up to date with healthcare standards and pharmacovigilance (PV).

This depends on the role you apply for. HealthNet provides full pharmacovigilance training and ongoing training throughout the year to keep you up to date with healthcare standards and pharmaceutical knowledge. Send in your CV along with the role you would like to apply for, and a representative will contact you to help with starting your HealthNet career.

Homecare refers to providing patient services and support in the comfort of their own home. We deliver medication to patients doorstep and arrange home nursing services to support with their injection training and ongoing support.

Recruitment process

Top tips to help you nail your interview

At HealthNet Homecare we work collaboratively during our recruitment process to ensure we get the best candidates through with the right skills. We want to ensure you have the best experience as a candidate and bring your authentic self to your interview!

We alter our process dependent on the job role you are applying for, remaining consistent and fair in our process. Our interviews may be face to face or virtually over Microsoft Teams.

1. Where are you going?

Note down the address in case you get lost and a phone number at hand to call.

2. Virtual?

If your interview is virtual, make sure you can access the Teams link before your interview.

3. Paperwork

Remember to bring your Right to Work in the UK document, this can be a UK passport or full birth certificate as well as your National Insurance number.

4. When you get here

There are lots of friendly people to help when you get to site so don’t worry about asking if you’re unsure!

5. Research

Do some digging, learn about HealthNet before your interview, get to know about us and our goals.

6. Be clear and concise with your answers, think STAR:

  • Situation – set the scene
  • Task – describe what you were doing
  • Action – explain what you did
  • Result – share the outcome and learnings

7. What makes you great?
