1. Application Review

Submit your application through our careers page. Our recruitment team carefully reviews each application to assess your qualifications, experience, and commitment to delivering high-quality care.

2. Initial Conversation

If your application is shortlisted, we’ll invite you to a brief call. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your background and motivations, and for you to learn about HealthNet and the role.

3. Interview Stage

You’ll be invited to one or more interviews depending on the role. This may include an initial interview via Microsoft Teams, followed by a face-to-face interview at one of our offices.

Our interviews are competency-based and aligned with our company values. During this stage, we focus on:

  • Role-specific discussions to explore your clinical, technical, or professional expertise

  • Values-based questions to understand how you align with our patient-first approach and organisational LIFE vales 

We aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where you feel comfortable to perform at your best.

4. Final Stage

You may meet with senior team members or department leads. This stage focuses on ensuring the right fit for both you and HealthNet, including team collaboration and long-term development.

5. Offer & Compliance Checks

If successful, we’ll extend an offer and begin pre-employment checks, which may include:

  • Right to work verification

  • Professional registration checks

  • DBS or background checks (where applicable)

  • References

7. Onboarding

Once everything is complete, we’ll support you through a structured onboarding process. From day one, you’ll have the tools, training, and support needed to thrive in your role and deliver outstanding care.
