1. Notification

The Trust confirms the switch (e.g., Product X → Product Y). We take it from there.

2. Patient Registration

We onboard patients to the new service - no forms, no extra admin for clinicians.

3. Pre-Populated Prescriptions

We provide templates with dosing and frequency pre-completed, reducing prescribing effort and errors.

4. Optional Patient Communication

If requested, we contact patients to explain the switch, provide reassurance, and offer nurse support.

5. Prescription Renewals

We manage renewals and route them to the Trust for approval - removing workload from HCPs.

6. Smooth Delivery Coordination

Medicine deliveries align seamlessly with each patient’s treatment cycle.

7. Complete Setup Before Next Dose

If a nurse visit is needed for training or administration, we arrange it proactively.

1. Internal Product Switches

Existing prescriptions can be annotated with Chief Pharmacist approval - no new RX needed. If required, we issue prefilled RX templates for rapid signoff.

2. Next Prescription Switches

We preregister patients and issue prescription requests in advance. Activation happens automatically once the Trust issues the new prescription.

3. Provider or Product Switches

We manage registration, prescription coordination, and delivery planning. The Trust simply closes the old account and issues the new prescription.
